تود الباحثات أن تتقدمن بالشكر لجامعة الملك خالد لدعمها الإداري والفني لهذا البحث
ملخص:
هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر توفر المعرفة التقنية للطالبة، تقديم الدعم التقني من قبل الجامعة وتوفر الأدوات التقنية المساعدة لها في ظل التحول للتعليم الإلكتروني وذلك بعد الاغلاق للأنشطة ذات الكثافة الحضورية العالية خلال انتشار فايروس كورونا (كوفيد-19) ومدى تأثير ذلك التحول في مستوى الاستيعاب والتحصيل الأكاديمي للطلاب بالجامعات السعودية. تم اخذ جامعة الملك خالد كدراسة حالة من خلال نشر استبانة للطالبات الجامعة يقيس مدى التأثير تلك العوامل.
توصلت الدراسة الى مجوعة من النتائج أهمها أن المعرفة التقنية للطالبة تؤثر تأثير إيجابي على مستوى استيعابها من خلال معرفتها لاستخدام منصة البلاك بورد ومعرفتها لقنوات الاتصال بالدعم الفني. كما تشير النتائج الى وجود نسبة لا يستهان بها من الطالبات ممن لا يمتلكن أجهزة الكترونية خاصة بهن، عدم توفر البرمجيات المكملة لدراستهن وكذلك ضعف الاتصال بشبكة الانترنت لديهن. اوصت الدارسة بمعالجة هذه المشاكل التقنية لديهن.

Abstract
The study aimed at obtaining the opportunity to study for the student, providing technical support by the university for the science of writing, after the closure of the science of culture with high intensity during the spread of Corona virus (Covid-19) and the extent of this impact on the level of absorption and academic achievement of students in Saudi universities. King Khalid University was taken as a case study of influencing factors.
The study found that student's technical knowledge has a positive impact on the level of her absorption through her knowledge of using the Blackboard platform and her knowledge of the technical support channels. The results also indicate that there is a significant percentage of female students who do not have electronic devices of their own, the unavailability of complementary software for their studies, as well as the weak internet connection they have. The study recommended addressing these technical problems to solve it.
