الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن دور المؤسسات التربوية في الوقاية من ظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية. وتتلخص مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس وهو: "ما هو دور المؤسسات التربوية في الوقاية من ظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية؟". واستعان الباحث بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، وخلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج ولعل أهمها: ان المؤسسات التربوية تعزز المعرفة بظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية ، وتساهم المؤسسات التربوية في عقد ورشات عمل تدريبية خاصة للتعرف على مضار المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية ، و تقوم المؤسسات التربوية ببث الوعي عن مخاطر المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية والادمان عليها ، ومن اهم التوصيات: يجب على المؤسسات التربوية رصد نفقات مالية خاصة في ميزانياتها من اجل اعداد برامج لوقاية الطلاب من ظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية
ويجب على المؤسسات التربوية التعاون التام مع ادارة مكافحة المخدرات في بناء الخطط الوقائية وتبادل المعلومات
ويجب على منظومة التربية والتعليم تطوير المناهج وتشجيع البحث العلمي للإحاطة بكل ما هو جديد في عالم المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية من اجل حماية الطلبة.

This study aimed to reveal the role of educational institutions in preventing the phenomenon of drug abuse and psychotropic substances. The problem of the study is summarized in the main question: "What is the role of educational institutions in preventing the phenomenon of drug and psychotropic substance abuse?" The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and the study concluded with a set of results, perhaps the most important of which are: Educational institutions enhance knowledge of the phenomenon of drug and psychotropic substance abuse, and educational institutions contribute to holding special training workshops to identify the harms of drugs and psychotropic substances, and educational institutions raise awareness about the dangers of drugs and psychotropic substances and addiction to them, and among the most important recommendations: Educational institutions should monitor Special financial expenditures in their budgets in order to prepare programs to protect students from the phenomenon of drug and psychotropic substance abuse
Educational institutions must cooperate fully with the Drug Enforcement Administration in building preventive plans and exchanging information
The education system must develop curricula to capture all that is new in the world of drugs and psychotropic substances in order to protect students.
