الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى العلاقة المنطقية بين نموذجي تحليل القرار: مخطط التأثير، وشجرة هدفت القرار للوصل إلى حل مشكلة القرار، وتطبيق شجرة القرار ومخططات التأثير في الحد من ارتفاع نسبة البطالة بين الخريجين في محافظة جنين، وطرحت الدراسة السؤال التالي: ما هي افضل الطرق والوسائل وانجعها من اجل الحد من نسبة البطالة بين خريجي الجامعة العربية الامريكية في محافظة جنين؟ وجاءت الخيارات على النحو التالي: رفع معدل نسبة القبول في الجامعة الى (70%)، ورفع الرسوم الجامعية (20%) لكل ساعة معتمدة، وكان القرار محل الدراسة رفع معدل القبول في الجامعة العربية الامريكية في جنين، واهمية القرار في الحد من نسبة البطالة بين الخريجين في محافظة جنين، وبعد الاطلاع على المعلومات والإحصاءات المهمة المتعلقة بالمشكلة كان لا بد من اتخاد القرار حول: رفع نسبة القبول في الجامعة العربية الامريكية الى (70%)، وقد تم اتخاد هذا القرار بناء على تحليل المعلومات والاعتماد عليها من قطاعات رسمية أهمها دائرة الإحصاء المركزية ومديرية التربية والتعليم في محافظة جنين، وتم بناء شجرة قرار، لإيضاح القيمة الاكاديمية والاقتصادية والمجتمعية لقرار رفع نسبة القبول في الجامعة العربية الامريكية الى (70%) ويتبين أن رفع نسبة القبول بين طلاب القسم العلمي تحقق فوائد وقيم اكاديمية واقتصادية ومجتمعية تصل الى نسبة (80%) بينما تحقق رفع نسبة القبول لطلاب القسم الادبي نسبة مئوية تصل الى (70%) وخاصة على صعيد القيمة المجتمعية والحد من نسبة البطالة في محافظة جنين، وتقدر نسبة الخريجين بعد اربع سنوات لطلاب القسم العلمي ب (200) طالب بينما خريجي القسم الادبي في الفترة نفسها (120) طالب كما تقدر نسبة البطالة بين خريجي القسم العلمي بعد اربع سنوات (10%) ونسبة البطالة بين خريجي القسم الادبي (15%)، ونسبة العائدات الاقتصادية والمادية من توفير مصروفات وكوادر اكاديمية نتيجة انخفاض عدد الطلاب الى (30%) من خزينة الجامعة.

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the logical relationship between the two models of decision analysis: the impact diagram, and the decision tree aimed to reach a solution to the decision problem, and the application of the decision tree and influence plans to reduce the high unemployment rate among graduates in Jenin Governorate, and the study asked the following question: What are What are the best and most effective ways and means to reduce the unemployment rate among Arab American University graduates in Jenin Governorate? The options were as follows: raising the acceptance rate at the university to (70%), and raising university fees (20%) for each credit hour. The decision under study was to raise the acceptance rate at the Arab American University in Jenin, and the importance of the decision in limiting Of the unemployment rate among graduates in Jenin Governorate, and after reviewing the important information and statistics related to the problem, it was necessary to take a decision about: Raising the acceptance rate at the Arab American University to (70%), and this decision was taken based on the analysis of the information And relying on it from official sectors, the most important of which is the Central Statistics Department and the Directorate of Education in Jenin Governorate, and a decision tree was built, to clarify the academic, economic and societal value of the decision to raise the acceptance rate at the Arab American University to (70%). The scientific study achieves academic, economic and societal benefits and values up to (80%), while raising the acceptance rate for literary section students by a percentage of up to (70%), especially in terms of societal value and reducing the unemployment rate in Jenin Governorate. The percentage of graduates is estimated after Four years to paint B The scientific section is with (200) students, while the literary section graduates in the same period have 120 students. The unemployment rate among graduates of the scientific section after four years is estimated (10%), the unemployment rate among graduates of the literary section is (15%), and the rate of economic returns And financial resources from providing academic expenses and cadres as a result of the decrease in the number of students to (30%) of the university’s treasury
