الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على العوامل المؤثرة جودة البحث العلمي في الجامعات الحكومية الاردنية (عوامل تتعلق بالباحث،المؤسسة البحثية، الإنفاق المالي، عوامل ادارية، توفر المصادر ، وتهدف ايظا إلى التعرف على واقع البحث العلمي فى الوضع الراهن ، كما تهدف إلى التعرف على آلیة تحسین جودة البحث العلمي من خلال استطلاع اراء أعضاء هیئة التدریس الجامعي . تم تطوير استبانة مخصصة لهذا الغرض تم توزيعها على اعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الرسمية وعددها (10). بحيث تم توزيع الاستبانة بطريقة المسح الشامل من خلال توزيع (92) استبانة على أفراد عينة الدراسة،.وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام وسائل الإحصاء الوصفي والاستدلالي بالاعتماد على الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التمویل أو الإنفاق على البحث یعد جانبا هاما لضمان جودة البحث العلمي فى الجامعات الرسمية الاردنية. وتوصلت الد ا رسة إلى مجموعة من التوصیات تمثلت فى وضع البحث العلمي على قائمة أولویات الجامعات، والاهتمام بالمؤسسات البحثیة، وتوفير الدوریات والمجلات العلمیة العالمية المحكمة..

Abstract:
The objective of this study is to identify the factors affecting the quality of scientific research in the Jordanian public universities (factors related to the researcher, the research institution, financial expenditure, administrative factors, availability of resources, and the objective of identifying the reality of scientific research in the current situation), and aims to identify an improvement mechanism The quality of scientific research through the survey of the views of the members of the faculty of teaching The development of a questionnaire dedicated to this purpose was distributed to members of the faculty in the official universities and the number of (10) The questionnaire was distributed in a comprehensive survey through the distribution of (92) , The study found that funding or spending on research is an important aspect to ensure the quality of scientific research in the official Jordanian universities, and the study reached a set of recommendations in the form of scientific research on A list of the priorities of universities, attention to research institutions, and the provision of international scientific journal.
