ملخص
لقد أدى التطور السريع في مجال "الإنترنت" إلى تطوير العملية التعليمية باستخدام أساليب حديثة كان نتاجها ما يصطلح عليه بالتعليم الإلكتروني، ونظراً لجاذبيته الاقتصادية كخيار أساسي للقضاء على كثير من المشاكل التعليمية، تشجعت كثير من الدول ذات الموارد الاقتصادية المحدودة على استخدامه، إذ يعد تلك الوسيلة التي تدعم العملية التعليمية وتحولها من التلقين إلى الإبداع والتفاعل وتنمية المهارات، باستخدام أحدث الطرق في مجالات التعليم والنشر والترفيه باعتماد الحواسيب ووسائطها التخزينية وشبكاتها .مما زاد في ترسيخ مفهوم التعليم الفردي أو الذاتي؛ حيث يعتمد التعليم الإلكتروني أساسا على الحاسوب والشبكات في نقل المعارف والمهارات.

Abstract
The rapid development in the field of "the Internet" has led to the development of the educational process using modern methods, the result of which has been termed e-learning, and due to its economic attractiveness as an essential option to eliminate many educational problems, many countries with limited economic resources are encouraged to use it, as it is considered that The means that supports the educational process and its transformation from indoctrination to creativity, interaction and skill development, using the most recent methods in the fields of education, publishing and entertainment by adopting computers, storage media and networks. This has further cemented the concept of individual or self-education, as e-learning relies mainly on computers and networks for transferring knowledge and skills.
