ملخص :
يهدف البحث إلى تجلية أصول استنباط الأحكام الشرعية في المذهب الحنفي المتأثرة بالمقاصد الشرعية، وهي: القرآن، والسنة، وأقوال الصحابة، والإجماع، والقياس، والاستحسان، والاستصلاح، والعرف، وسد الذرائع، وبيان صلتها بالمقاصد الشرعية تأصيلًا وتطبيقًا؛ من خلال إعمال المذهب الحنفي لقواعد علم المقاصد الثلاث، وهي: قاعدة تعليل الأحكام، وقاعدة الاستصلاح، وقاعدة اعتبار مآلات الأفعال.
اعتمدت الباحثة منهج البحث الوصفي التحليلي، والاستنتاجي، وتوصل البحث إلى نتيجة كلية مفادها: أن المقاصد الشرعية متضمنة في أصول المذهب الحنفي، وأن أثر مراعاتها يتمثل في إعمال نصوص الكتاب والسنة وآثار الصحابة من جانبَي اللفظ والمعنى، والنظر في مَناط الحكم وعِلته ومآله، ومراعاة ما استقامت عليه معاملات الناس بما يحقق مصالحهم، ويرفع الحرج عنهم.

Abstract
This study aims to demonstrate the Hanafi's school of thought Fundamentals affected by Shari'ah objectives, namely: the Qur’an, Sunnah, Companions sayings, consensus, analogy, approval, reclamation, custom, blocking pretexts, and to demonstrate the relevance of these principles to the objectives, both rooted and applied through the Hanafi school's implementation of Shari'a objectives basic rules, which are: the rule of explanation of rulings, the rule of reclamation, and the rule of consideration of the modalities of actions, The study adopted a descriptive, analytical, and deductive research approach, The study found that Shari'a objectives are authentically considered in the Hanafi's school of of thought fundamentals, through the implementation of texts of the Qur'an, Sunnah, and that of the Companions and their effective causes, and consequences, taking into account people's interests, Keywords: Shari'ah Objectives, Hanafi's school of thought, Consequences, Effective Cause.
