مُلخَّص الدِّراسة
إنَّ مقاصد الشريعة الإسلاميَّة مواكبةٌ للمتغيرات والنوازل في كلِّ عصر، ومبيِّنة لأحكامها بما يحقِّق للمسلم سعادة الدنيا والآخرة.
تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح أثر العمل بمقاصد الشريعة في استنباط أحكام بعض النوازل المعاصرة، وبيان الصِّلة الوثيقة بين الأحكام الشرعيَّة، ومقاصد التشريع؛ والتي من أهدافها جلب المصالح ودرء المفاسد عن العباد، مع ذكر بعض التطبيقات المقاصديَّة على بعض النوازل المعاصرة، ومن أبرز النتائج في البحث أن استنباط الأحكام الشرعية وفق مقاصد التشريع يفضي إلى السعة ورفع الحرج والضيق عن الأفراد والمجتمعات .

An Applied Study
The purposes of Islamic Sharia keep pace with the changes and calamities in every age, and clarify its provisions in a way that achieves for the Muslim the happiness of this world and the hereafter.
The study aims to clarify the importance of adopting the purposes of Sharia in deriving the provisions of some contemporary calamities, and to clarify the close relationship between the legal provisions and the purposes of legislation, which aims to bring interests and ward off evil from people, with a mention of some intentional applications on some contemporary calamities. Among the most prominent results in the research is that the deduction of legal rulings according to the purposes of the legislation leads to the expansion and removal of embarrassment and distress for individuals and societies.
