In addition to being the field of capacity development and human potentials and fertile land to invest those energies that contribute effectively to take care of scientific research in innovative research and development processes which have competitiveness at all levels and in all areas with focusing on the strategic pillars of economic growth and development by providing employment opportunities and increasing earnings.
