الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة الى التعرّف على اتجاهات معلمي الرياضيات للصف الثامن الأساسي في مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء بني كنانة نحو استخدام التعليم المدمج من وجهة نظرهم، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (173) معلمًا ومعلمة من العاملين في المدارس الحكومية في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء بني كنانة في محافظة اربد في الاردن، وبلغت عينة الدراسة من (96) معلمًا ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن اتجاهات معلمي الرياضيات نحو استخدام التعليم المدمج جاء بمستوى الإيجابي وبدرجة متوسطة و بمتوسط حسابي(3.88). وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد دورات وورشات عمل للمعلمين والطلبة على حد سواء، تنمي اتجاهاتهم نحو استخدام استراتيجية التعليم المدمج بشكل دائم ومستمر، وتدربهم على طرق استخدامه، والاهتمام بالأنشطة والبرمجيات المختلفة وتطويرها وتحديثها، لتشمل جميع المدارس، وربط جميع المدراس بالإنترنت وتوفير أجهزة الحاسب الآلي بما يتناسب مع عدد الطلبة في المدارس، وتعديل مناهج الرياضيات ليتوافق تطبيقه باستخدام التعليم المدمج.

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the attitudes of mathematics teachers for the eighth grade in the Directorate of Education of the Bani Kinana District schools towards the use of blended education from their point of view The Education Directorate of Major General Bani Kinana in Irbid Governorate in Jordan. The study sample consisted of (96) male and female teachers, who were chosen randomly. The results of the study showed that the attitudes of mathematics teachers towards the use of blended learning came at a positive level, a medium degree, and an arithmetic mean (3.88). The study recommended the necessity of holding courses and workshops for both teachers and students , to develop their attitudes towards the use of the blended education strategy on a permanent and continuous basis, and to train them on the ways to use it, and to pay attention to different activities and software, and to develop and update them, to include all schools, and to link all schools to the Internet and to provide computers in a way that suits With the number of students in schools, and modifying the mathematics curricula to match its application using blended learning.
