الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مؤشرات إدارة الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر طلبة كلية سخنين في مدينة القدس. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (53) طالباً و طالبة من طلاب كلية سخنين لتأهيل المعلمين في مدينة القدس خلال العام الدراسي 2019-2020م تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الغير العشوائية البسيطة. واستخدمت الدراسة مقياس مؤشرات ادارة الجودة الشاملة من إعداد الباحث بعد الاطلاع على على الدراسات، والمقاييس المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة. و قد أظهرت النتائج أن ترتيب مجالات مؤشرات إدارة الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة كانت على النحو التالي:
المرتبة الأولى مجال متطلبات تهيئة الجودة في التعليم ، والمرتبة الثانية مجال متابعة العملية التعليمية وتطويرها، والمرتبة الثالثة مجال خدمة المجتمع وسوق العمل المرتبة الثالثة، وأخيراً احتل مجال ضبط الجودة والتقييم المرتبة الرابعة والأخيرة. كذلك أظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو مؤشرات إدارة الجودة الشاملة تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص. وبناء على نتائج هذه الدراسة وضع عدد من التوصيات لصانعي القرار من ضمنها أن تسعى الكلية إلى ترسيخ علاقة دائمة مع خريجيها للاستفادة من ملاحظاتهم و آرائهم حول متطلبات سوق العمل، كونهم يمثلون حلقة الوصل بين الكلية و المجتمع. إضافة إلى التوصية بإجراء دراسات مشابهة تتناول متغيرات أخرى مثل معدل الطالب التراكمي، منطقة السكن، وغيرها.

The indicators of total quality management from the viewpoint of Sakhnin College students in Jerusalem
Abstract:
The current study aimed to identify the indicators of total quality management from the viewpoint of Sakhnin College students in Jerusalem. The sample of the study consisted of (53) male and female students from Sakhnin College for Teacher Qualification in Jerusalem during the academic year 2019-2020, they were chosen in a simple, random way. The study used the comprehensive quality management indicators scale prepared by the researcher after reviewing the studies and the measures related to the subject of the study. The results showed that the arrangement of the areas of total quality management indicators from the point of view of the study sample members was as follows:
The first rank is the field of quality preparation requirements in education, and the second rank is the field of monitoring and developing the educational process, and the third rank is the field of community service and labor market, and the third rank. Finally, the field of quality control and evaluation ranked fourth and last. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the averages of the responses of the study sample individuals towards the indicators of total quality management attributed to the sex and specialty variables. Based on the results of this study, a number of recommendations were made for decision makers, including that the college seeks to establish a permanent relationship with its graduates to benefit from their observations and opinions on the requirements of the labor market, as they represent the link between the college and society. In addition to recommending similar studies dealing with other variables such as the student's GPA, housing area, and others.
