ملخص البحث
يتناول هذا البحث مفهوم الريادة والابتكار ودوره في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وتتمثل مشكلة البحث في الإجابة على الأسئلة التالية: الى أي مدى يمكن ان تساهم ريادة الاعمال في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة؟ هل تساهم مؤسسة مكعب الفن في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة؟ هل توجد اية مشاكل قد تواجه الشباب العربي في توجههم نحو الابتكار وريادة الاعمال؟ واتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وعليه صممت استبانة من ثلاثة محاور لاختبار فروض البحث وذلك لتحقيق اهداف البحث المتمثلة في معرفة دور الريادة والابتكار في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وتشجيع الشباب العربي على ابتكار مشاريعهم الخاصة والتعرف على واقع ريادة الاعمال والابتكار في مؤسسة مكعب الفن. ومن اهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث ان للريادة والابتكار أثر في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وان مؤسسة مكعب الفن تساهم في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة. وكانت اهم التوصيات تشجيع المؤسسات الحكومية على احتضان المشروعات الصغيرة وإتاحة الفرصة امام أصحاب هذه المشاريع في المناقصات الحكومية واهمية موائمة مخرجات التعليم مع متطلبات سوق العمل لتحسين الاقتصاد وحل مشكلة البطالة.

ABSTRACT
This research deals with the concept of entrepreneurship and innovation and its role in achieving sustainable development. The research problem is to answer the following questions: To what extent can entrepreneurship contribute to achieving sustainable development? Does the art cube Foundation contribute to achieving sustainable development? Are there any problems that may face Arab youth in their orientation towards innovation and entrepreneurship? The researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach, and accordingly, the research questionnaire was designed for the purposes of the research, which is to know the role of leadership and innovation in achieving sustainable development and the Arab youth to create their own projects and to know the reality of entrepreneurship and innovation in the Art Cube Corporation.
Among the most important findings of the research is that entrepreneurship and innovation have an impact on achieving sustainable development and that the Art Cube Foundation contributes to achieving sustainable economic development. The most important recommendations were encouraging government institutions to embrace small projects and giving the owners of these projects an opportunity in government tenders and the importance of harmonizing education outcomes with the requirements of the labor market to improve the economy and solve the unemployment problem.
