الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور نظام الجودة في ضبط القرارات الإدارية في وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية من وجهة نظر الموظفين ومن اجل تحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم بناء استبانة مكونه من (20) فقرة، بنيت على اساس التعرف على دور نظام الجودة في ضبط القرارات الإدارية، تم توزيعها على عينة وتكونت من (50) من موظفي وزارة التربية والتعليم الاردنية، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة المتسيره، وبعد جمع البيانات تم تحليلها باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي للبيانات (SPSS) وتم استخدام اختبار ( ت) لعينتين مستقلتين واختبار تحليل التباين الاحادي ومعادلة كرونباخ ألفا بالإضافة إلى المتوسطات والانحرافات المعيارية لفقرات الاستبانة، وقد عرضت الاستبانة على عدد من المحكمين من ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص وأشار المحكمون بصلاحية أداة الدراسة لما وضعت لقياسه فيما بلغ معامل الثبات (87) وهو معامل ثبات جيد يفي بأغراض البحث العلمي، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان دور نظام الجودة في ضبط القرارات الإدارية في وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية من وجهة نظر الموظفين كان كبير، وتبين انه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α =0.05) بين استجابات افراد عينة الدراسة حول دور نظام الجودة في ضبط القرارات الإدارية في وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية من وجهة نظر الموظفين تعزى لكل من المتغيرات (طبيعة العمل، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي)، وكانت اهم التوصيات التي تم التوصل اليها بناء على نتائج الدراسة انه على متخذي القرار في وزارة التربية والتعليم الاستمرار بالسماح للموظفين بطرح آراءهم في الاجتماعات الوزارية، على وزرة التربية والتعليم الاردنية الاستمرار في تتبنى النمط الإداري الديمقراطي في تسيير العمل.

Abstract
This study aims to identify the role of the quality system in controlling administrative decisions in the Jordanian Ministry of Education from the point of view of the employees. The quality system in controlling administrative decisions was distributed to a sample that consisted of (50) employees of the Jordanian Ministry of Education, and they were chosen by the easy method. The unilateral variance and the Cronbach's alpha equation in addition to the averages and standard deviations of the paragraphs of the questionnaire. The questionnaire was presented to a number of arbitrators with experience and specialization. The arbitrators indicated the validity of the study tool for what was developed to measure it, with a stability coefficient of (0.92), which is a good stability coefficient that meets the purposes of scientific research, and the results showed The study stated that the role of the quality system in controlling administrative decisions in the Jordanian Ministry of Education from the employees’ point of view was significant, and it was found that there are no statistically significant differences when measuring The significance (α = 0.05) between the responses of the study sample members about the role of the quality system in controlling administrative decisions in the Jordanian Ministry of Education from the employees’ point of view is attributed to each of the variables (gender, years of experience, educational qualification), and the most important recommendations that were reached Based on the results of the study, decision-makers in the Ministry of Education should continue to allow employees to present their opinions in ministerial meetings, and the Jordanian Ministry of Education should continue to adopt the democratic administrative style in the conduct of work.
