هدف البحث إلى تعرف ماهية التعليم الالكتروني، وأهدافه، وأهميته، وأهم مميزاته. وتوضيح العلاقة بين اللغة العربية والتعليم الالكتروني، وعرض أهم التجارب العربية في مجال توظيف التعليم الالكتروني في تعليم اللغة العربية، وكذلك الوقوف على أهم المعوقات التي يواجهها تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني في تعليم اللغة العربية، واقتراح بعض الآليات لمواجهتها وكان من اهمها: توفير مواد محوسبة تعليمية على شبكة الانترنت باللغة العربية ، وهذا يفتح قضية المحتوى العربي الرقمي، وتغيير النظام الفكري لمعلم اللغة العربية بحيث يصبح معلم الكتروني يوظف الأساليب الحديثة في التدريس، والاستراتيجيات الفعالة، والتعمق في فهم فلسفتها أو غتقان تطبيقها، والتدرب على استخدام أدوات التقنية الحديثة، وكذلك تغيير محتوي مقررات وبرامج اللغة العربية بحيث تصمم الكترونيا وفقا لمعايير محددة، ونشر الوعي بالثقافة الحاسوبية، والثقافة المعلوماتية، وكيفية التعامل مع برامج وخدمات الشبكات الالكترونية، وتنظيم ورش عمل خاصة بتصميم المقررات الالكترونية، والتدريب على كفايات الإعداد بما تشمله من كفايات التخطيط، والتصميم والتقويم، وإدارة المقرر.

And to clarify the relationship between the Arabic language and e-learning, and to present the most important Arab experiences in the field of employing e-learning in teaching the Arabic language, as well as to identify the most important obstacles faced by the application of e-learning in teaching the Arabic language, and to suggest some mechanisms to confront them, the most important of which are: Providing computerized educational materials on The Internet in the Arabic language, and this opens the issue of digital Arabic content, and changes the intellectual system of the Arabic language teacher so that he becomes an electronic teacher who employs modern methods of teaching, effective strategies, and deepens the understanding of its philosophy or its application, and training in the use of modern technology tools, as well as changing the content of courses And Arabic language programs to be designed electronically according to specific standards, spreading awareness of computer culture, information culture, how to deal with electronic network programs and services, organizing workshops for designing electronic courses, and training on preparation competencies, including planning competencies, design and evaluation, and course management.
