الملخص:
تناولت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على مستوى التّوافق الزّواجي وعلاقته بالمرونة النفسيّة والدافعيّة المهنيّة لدى العاملين في القطاع الصّحي في محافظة الكرك، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي واختيار عينة من العاملين في القطاع الصحي بلغ عددهم (240) فردا منهم (87) من الذكور، و(153) من الاناث، وقد اختيروا من الأطباء والممرضين فقط، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير ثلاثة مقاييس وهي: مقياس التوافق الزواجي، ومقياس المرونة النفسية، ومقياس الدافعية المهنية، وتم التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقاييس من صدق وثبات، وأشارت النتائج إلى مستويات متوسطة من التوافق الزواجي والمرونة النفسية والدافعية المهنية على الدرجة الكلية والأبعاد، ووجود علاقة إيجابية ارتباطية بين التوافق الزواجي من جهة وبين المرونة النفسية والدافعية المهنية، وان التوافق الزواجي والمرونة النفسية لا تختلف تبعا للجنس، ولكن تبين أن الابداع كان افضل لدى الاناث منه لدى الذكور، اما بالنسبة للدافعية المهنية فقد تبين ان الرضا في مساعدة المرضى والدرجة الكلية كانت أفضل لدى الذكور منها لدى الاناث، وبناء على نتائج الدراسة خرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات منها ضرورة الاهتمام بالعاملين في القطاع الصحي لكي يتم رفع وتحسين كل من مستوى التوافق الزواجي والمرونة النفسية والدافعية المهنية لديهم.

Marital compatibility and its relationship with psychological flexibility and vocational motivation among workers in the health sector in the governorate of Al-Karak

Abstract
This study aimed at identifying the level of marital compatibility and its relationship with psychological flexibility and vocational motivation among workers in the health sector in the governorate of Al-Karak. In order to achieve the study objectives, the researcher used the correlation descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of (240) individuals, with (87) males and (153) females, who were chosen from doctors and nurses working in the health sector. The researcher developed three scales: the scale of marital adjustment, the scale of psychological flexibility and the scale of vocational motivation; their validity and reliability were verified. The results revealed that there are medium levels of marital adjustment, psychological flexibility and vocational motivation on the total degree and dimensions. The results revealed that there is a positive correlation relationship between marital compatibility and both psychological flexibility and vocational motivation. The results revealed that marital compatibility and psychological flexibility did not differ according to gender; however, it was obvious that innovation was better among females as compared to males. As for vocational motivation, the results revealed that satisfaction with helping the sick people and the overall degree was better among males as compared to females. Based on the results, the study recommended the necessity of paying more attention to those working in the health sector in order to promote their marital adjustment, psychological flexibility and vocational motivation.
