تبلورت مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل الرئيس ما أهم العوامل المرتبطة بتطوع الطالبات الجامعيات في ضوء رؤية 2030 للمملكة العربية السعودية؟ وتحددت تساؤلاتها الفرعية في (ما أهم مجالات التطوع للطالبات الجامعيات؟ ما أهم العوامل المرتبطة بتطوع الطالبات الجامعيات؟ ما أهم المقترحات لتدعيم تطوع الطالبات الجامعيات؟) ، وتم تطبيقها على الطالبات الخريجات بقسم علم الاجتماع والخدمة الاجتماعية في المستوى السابع والثامن وعددهم (310)، ولقد كان عدد الطالبات اللاتي قمن باستيفاء الاستبانة (210) طالبة فقط لا غير، وتوصلت الدراسة الى العديد من المقترحات من أهمها: إجراء تقييم سنوي للأعمال التطوعية التي تمت على مستوي المملكة ونسبة مشاركة الشباب بها بصفة عامة والشباب الجامعي بصفة خاصة، كمؤشر من الممكن الاستفادة منه مستقبلا في تطوير الاعمال التطوعية في التغييرات السريعة التي يتعرض لها المجتمع.
Abstract
The problem of the study crystallized in the main question: What are the most important factors related to the volunteering of female university students in the light of the 2030 vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia? Its sub-questions were set in (What are the most important areas of volunteering for female university students? What are the most important factors related to female university volunteering? What are the most important proposals to support female university volunteers?), And it was applied to the graduate students of the Department of Sociology and Social Work at the seventh and eighth levels, and their number is (310), and the number of students who completed the questionnaire was only (210) female students. The study reached many proposals, the most important of which are: conducting an annual evaluation of the volunteer work that took place at the level of the Kingdom and the percentage of youth participation in it in general and university youth in particular, as an indicator that can be used in the future in developing volunteer work in the rapid changes that society is exposed to.
