المُلخص
هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى تحليل أثر القيادة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها، في ممارسات ريادة الأعمال في شركات الصناعات الدوائية المساهمة العامة في الأردن، واعتمدت الدّراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدّراسة من (179) فردا من العاملين في الإدارتين: العُليا، والوُسطى، في شركات الصناعات الدوائية المساهمة العامة في الأردن ، البالغ عددها (6) شركات. وقد قامت الدراسة بمسح شامل لجميع عناصر مجتمع الدراسة، واستخدَمَت عددًا من الأساليب الإحصائية للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة، واختبار فرضياتها؛ باستخدام الرزمة الإحصائية (SPSS 22)، وتوصلّت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: أنّ مستوى توافر القيادة الاستراتيجية، بأبعادها، وممارسات ريادة الأعمال بأبعادها، قد بلغ الدرجة المتوسطة على مقياس (ليكرت) الخماسي، في شركات الصناعة الدوائية المساهمة العامة في الأردن.
كما أشارت نتائج الدّراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للقيادة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها على ممارسات ريادة الأعمال بأبعادها.
وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بتطبيق أبعاد القيادة الاستراتيجية، في شركات الصناعات الدوائية المساهمة العامة في الأردن؛ لدورها الهام في تعزيز ممارسات ريادة الأعمال.

Abstract
The Impact of Strategic Leadership on promoting entrepreneurial practices: A Field Study on Pharmaceutical Corporations in Jordan
This study aimed to analyze the impact of strategic leadership with its dimensions, In the pharmaceutical industries public shareholding companies in Jordan, and the study adopted the descriptive - analytical approach, and the study community consisted of (179) elements of workers in the top and the middle Management, In the pharmaceutical industries public shareholding companies in Jordan, They are (6) companies.
The study conducted a comprehensive survey of all elements of the study population, & used several statistical methods to answer the study questions and test its hypotheses, Using the statistical package (SPSS 22), And the study reached a set of results the most important of them are: The level of implementating the strategic leadership, with its dimensions, The level of entrepreneurial practices, with its dimensions, have reached an intermediate average score on the five-point Likert scale, In the pharmaceutical industries public shareholding companies in Jordan,
The results of the study also indicated that that there is a statistically significant impact of strategic leadership with its dimensions on entrepreneurial practices with its dimensions.
The study recommended the need to pay attention to the implementation of strategic leadership dimensions in public shareholding pharmaceutical companies in Jordan. For its important role in promoting entrepreneurial practices.
