الملخص
جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لدراسة واقع البحث العلمي في الجزائر وهذا من خلال تسليط الضوء على أهم المعيقات التي تواجهها الجامعة الجزائرية خلال الحقبة الزمنية الأخيرة الممتدة من سنة 2010 الى نهاية 2018، بالإضافة الى معرفة مكانته في الوطن العربي ومقارنته مع بعض الدول العربية كالمغرب، تونس، مصر، السعودية. والدول الافريقية الرائدة في هذا المجال كجنوب افريقيا ونيجيريا. اذ تكون هذه المقارنة من خلال دراسة تطور الإنتاج العلمي المنشور في المجلات العلمية في شتى المجالات.
بعد تصفح بعض المراجع والاحصائيات الموجودة في المواقع الالكترونية وكذا الأبحاث العلمية كالمقالات المنشورة والمداخلات اتضح أن البحث العلمي في الجزائر شهد تطورات ملحوظة خلال الفترة 2010-2018 وهذا راجع الى المجهودات الجبارة التي بذلتها الدولة الجزائرية للنهوض بهذا القطاع لمواكبة التطورات العالمية وخلق التنافس مع البلدان العربية والافريقية الرائدة في هذا المجال بالرغم من المشاكل والمعيقات التي تواجه البحث العلمي.

Abstract
This research paper came under the title of studying the reality of scientific research in Algeria and this by shedding light on the most important obstacles faced by the Algerian University during the last period of time from 2010 to the end of 2018, in addition to know his place in the Arab world and compared with some Arab countries such as Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Saudi Arabia. Leading African countries are South Africa and Nigeria. This comparison is by studying the development of scientific production published in scientific journals in various fields.
After browsing some references and statistics in the websites as well as scientific researches such as published articles and interventions, it became clear that scientific research in Algeria witnessed remarkable developments during the period 2010-2018. Leading in this field despite the problems and obstacles facing scientific research.
