الملخص
يعد البحث العلمي لأي دولة من الدول رأس مالها الحقيقي وهو الذي يحدد قوتها ومكانتها بين الـدول، إذ أصبح ضرورة من ضروريات الحياة المعاصرة ومطلبا أساسيا من مطالب تطور المجتمع وتحقيق التنمية الشاملة. والجـزائر كغيرها من الدول تعـي دور البحث العلمي وأهميتـه في فرض وجودها وتحديد مكانتــها، ولا يمكن أن تتأسس دولة من غير بحث علمي حتى ولو كان ضئيلا، لأجل ذلك تسعى الدولة الجزائريـة سعيا حثيثا لتوفير المناخ المناسب والمشجع للقيام بالبحث العلمي، رغم حداثة بعض الجامعـات وبالتـالي حداثة بعض مخابر ومراكز البحث العلمي التابعة لها، وهذا إن دل على شيء فيدل على الجهود الملموسة من طرف الدولة من أجل خلق مجالات بحثية علمية متطورة ولكن في الوقت نفسه هناك العديد من المعوقات التي تحد من سيرورة هذا التطور في البحث العلمي.

Abstract
The scientific research of any state is its real capital, which determines its strength and position among the countries, as it became a necessity of contemporary life and a fundamental requirement of the development of society and achieve comprehensive development. Algeria, like other countries, is aware of the role of scientific research and its importance in imposing its presence and determining its position. Some of the laboratories and scientific research centers affiliated to this, but this is indicative of the tangible efforts by the state to create advanced scientific research fields, but at the same time there are many obstacles that limit the process of this development in scientific research.
