يركز البحث على أثر تطبيق الحوكمة وآلياتها من الناحية الإقتصاديةوالرقابية ، من أجل النهوض والتطور الإيجابي في الاداء ، وتعزيز قدرة الشركات التجارية على المنافسة في ظل التحديات الاقتصادية التى تتطور من لحظة إلى أخرى ، فضلاً عن بيان دورها في جذب الإستثمارات ودعم القرارات الاستثمارية من خلال تحسين أداء الشركات ، وتعزيز الإفصاح والشفافية وتوفير القوائم المالية الموثوق بها والخالية من الغش والأخطاء ، وتوفير المعلومات اللازمة والمناسبة في الوقت المناسب للمستثمرين وأصحاب المصالح والمجتمع .

Abstract:
The research focuses on the impact of implementing governance and its mechanisms in economic and supervisory terms, in order to advance and develop positively in performance, and enhance the ability of commercial companies to compete in light of economic challenges that develop from one moment to another, as well as explaining their role in attracting investments and supporting investment decisions by improving Corporate performance, enhancing disclosure and transparency, providing reliable and free of fraud and error financial statements, and providing necessary and appropriate information in a timely manner to investors, stakeholders and society.
