ان متانة وقوة اقتصاد اي دولة يعتمد بالدرجة الاساس على نوعية وكفاءة موارده البشرية، لهذا فأن تنمية الافراد يأخذ مجالا واسعا من اهتمامات الدول لما لها من اهمية في توجيه مساراتها التنموية بالاتجاه الصحيح من خلال تكوين ثروة بشرية مؤهلة ومدربة. ومن هذا المنطلق تم اختيار مملكة ماليزيا كأحدى الدول الرائدة في مجال الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري، من خلال عدة استراتيجيات اتبعتها وتسخيرها للموارد في سبيل تحقيق تنمية شاملة منطلقة من بناء الفرد وتوفير كافة مستلزمات هذا البناء. تمثلت اشكالية البحث بمدى تأثير رأس المال البشري في تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي، وما هو الهدف الاساس من زيادة معدلات الانفاق العام على تطوير الكوادر البشرية، وما هي عناصر رأس المال البشري. اما الفرضية فبينت بأن الاهتمام والاستثمار في رأس المال البشري يساهم في زيادة معدلات الناتج المحلي الاجمالي، وبالتالي تعزيز المكانة الاقتصادية بين دول العالم. وقد استمد البحث اهميته من اهمية الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري بتعزيز النمو الاقتصادي وأبراز نماذج رائدة في هذا الاستثمار. اما هدف البحث فتمثل بتبيان ماهية رأس المال البشري ودوره في الاقتصاد، وامكانية الاستفادة من تجارب الدول في هذا المجال ، وتوصل البحث الى استنتاج بأن اهتمام مملكة ماليزيا بتطوير وبناء الفرد علميا ومعرفيا ادى الى تحقيق معدلات عالية من النمو الاقتصادي فيها.

Abstract
The Kingdom of Malaysia has been chosen as one of the leading countries in the field of human capital investment, Through several strategies that I followed and harnessed in order to achieve an integrated development of the individual and all the requirements of this building. The problem of the research was the extent of the impact of human capital in promoting economic growth. What is the main objective of increasing public spending rates on developing human cadres, and what are the elements of human capital. As for the hypothesis, it showed that interest and investment in human capital contributes to increasing the rates of GDP, Thus, strengthening the economic position among the countries of the world. The research derived its importance from the importance of investing in human capital in promoting economic growth and highlighting pioneering models in this investment. The aim of the research is to show the nature of human capital and its role in the economy, And the possibility of benefiting from the experiences of countries in this field. The research came to the conclusion that the Kingdom of Malaysia's interest in developing and building the individual scientifically and cognitively led to the achievement of high rates of economic growth in it.
