يهدف البحث إلى مقاومة التحديات الكبيرة التي تواجه مواكبة الأتمتة الرقمية في البلدية لما له من أثر إيجابي على العمل البلدي, الخدمات المقدمة, كسب رضا المواطنين, تبادل المهارات, الأفكار و المعتقدات لاي إدارة, وحل الكثير من المشكلات التي تُعوق العمل بتطبيق إستخدام الأتمتة الرقمية من خلال توفير القناعات الكافية لدى معظم صانعي القرار والموظفين بالبلدية بأهمية الحاسوب وتكنولوجيا المعلومات في الأنظمة المختلفة, وقياس مدى الرغبة بإستخدام هذه التكنولوجيا الحديثة وأهميتها ولفت انتباههم لسهولة الوصول للمعلومات والبيانات وإطلاعهم على التجارب الناجحة في البلديات الاخرى , جلب نماذج من التطبيقات والبرامج المنتشرة والمهيئة وسهلة الوصول للمعلومات وادخالها كمنصات تكنولوجيا امنة يتم تطويرها بهدف إنهاء المشاكل وبناء التشاركية الهادفة لتقنيات الأتمتة الرقمية.

Abstract
The research aims to resist the great challenges facing digital automation in the municipality because of its positive impact on municipal work, the services provided, gaining citizens’ satisfaction, exchanging skills, ideas and beliefs for any administration, solving many problems that hinder work by applying the use of digital automation from By providing sufficient convictions among most of the decision-makers and employees in the municipality of the importance of computers and information technology in the various systems, and measuring the desire to use this modern technology and its importance, drawing their attention to the ease of access to information and data and informing them about successful experiences in other municipalities, bringing samples of applications and programs that are widespread, adapted and easy to access Information and its inclusion as secure technology platforms that are developed with the aim of ending problems and building the purposeful sharing of digital automation technologies.
